Admission Procedure
1. Registration Form Submission
- Complete and submit the Registration Form to the School Office before the registration period ends.
- Incomplete or unclear forms, or forms without a photo and required documents, will not be accepted.
- You will receive an acknowledgment slip once the form is properly filled and submitted.
2. Required Documents
For Nursery & K.G. Classes:
- Photocopy of your child’s Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation or other authority.
For Classes 1 & Above:
- Photocopy of the latest report card.
- Original Transfer Certificate is required at the time of admission for Classes I and above.
3. Interaction / Entrance Test
- Registration does not guarantee admission.
- Admission is based on an Interaction / Entrance Test and the availability of seats.
- You will be informed about the dates for the test during registration. The school may change the test date and time.
4. Age Requirements
- The child must be 3 years old during the academic session for admission to Nursery.
- Make sure the age is correctly mentioned in the form. No requests for age relaxation will be accepted.
5. Final Decision
- Once the Date of Birth is recorded, it cannot be changed.
- The final decision on all admission matters rests with the school management.
Fee Payment
Fees can be paid through:
- Cash
- Demand Draft in favor of Columbus International School
- Online Payment/Net Banking
